Helen Askenazi's Yoghurt Pound Cake

I  haven't a clue who Helen Askenazi is but I love her cake.
A friend gave me the recipe. I always seem to have the ingredients on hand for a last minute dessert. It's so moist that it doesn't need any icing.

A simple dollop of whipped cream is really all you need for a delicious dessert. Between you and me, you don't even really need the cream.

looks great, and just a funny little note about Helen's last name. So the last name Askenazi, meaning Ashkenazi is a Jewish last name and was the last name of one of our great sages, The Arizal, who was the father of modern day Kabbalah. So maybe indeed Helen is somehow related and this is really a kaballah cake? Thanks for sharing on craft schooling Sunday!
